Program Description
Exclu-cycle LLC ("Exclu-cycle," "we," "us") operates a pedicab ride-sharing platform. When you create an account or interact with our services, you may receive SMS text messages from us at the phone number you provide. These messages include:
- One-Time Passwords (OTP) — Verification codes to log in to your account
- Ride notifications — Driver arrival, ride status updates, and ride completion alerts
- Driver alerts — New ride requests, dispatch notifications, and shift reminders
- Promotional messages — Promo codes, free ride offers, and partner promotions (only if you opt in via the app)
- System notifications — Account security alerts and service updates
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your phone number and tapping "Continue" on the Exclu-cycle app login screen, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Exclu-cycle, including automated messages, at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without receiving promotional SMS by opting out of promotional messages while keeping transactional messages (OTP, ride notifications) active.
How you opt in:
- Enter your phone number on the Exclu-cycle app login screen
- Tap "Continue" to request a verification code
- By completing this action, you agree to receive SMS messages as described above
Opt-Out & STOP
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message from Exclu-cycle
- Replying CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE
- Contacting us at [email protected]
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
To resume receiving messages, reply START to any previous message from us.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies. You will receive OTP messages each time you log in (typically 1–3 per session). Ride notifications are sent during active rides (typically 2–5 per ride). Promotional messages, if opted in, are limited to 4 per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Exclu-cycle does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates. Check with your carrier for details.
Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages.
